CFM officially approved tool catalog available (TUM, TDS, ITEM) Upgrade analysis and solutions provided by the Licensee
WHO SHALL PAY FOR THE COST OF TOOL UPGRADE IF A NEW VERSION/REVISION IS ISSUED DURING THE TOOL MANUFACTURING?
Dedienne commitment is to manufacture and deliver tooling according to revision valid at the date of the Customer purchase order, within contractual lead-time. In case of late delivery, Dedienne will deliver the last revision at no cost for the Customer.
WHO WILL PROVIDE ME WITH CFM-APPROVED TECHNICAL RECOMMENDATION FOR LEAP TOOLING PACKAGE AND BUDGET?
DEDIENNE is fully trained by GE/SNECMA team to perform Customers recommendation, planning and budget evaluation for LEAP Tooling needs.
WHO WILL PROVIDE ME WITH TRAINING SERVICES FOR THE INSTALLATION AND FIRST USE OF LEAP TOOLING?
DEDIENNE have fully trained technical support team in every DEDIENNE site location. DEDIENNE on-site support team fully trained and certified by CFM for investigation and repairs on LEAP Tooling.
HOW CAN I ANTICIPATE THE TOOLING INTEGRATION INTO MY PRODUCTION FACILITIES AND PLANNING WITHOUT DETAILED DRAWINGS?

3 licensees are approved by CFM, you can make them compete for the best price with the same performance level commitment and guarantee. DEDIENNE can propose preferred supplier agreement on a 5 years basis, in order to propose you the best prices offered to Customers by DEDIENNE.
WHAT KIND OF GUARANTEE DO I HAVE IF ONE TOOL HAPPENS TO BE NOT FITTED TO MY NEEDS?
DEDIENNE is committed to offer contractual 3 years warranty. DEDIENNE is approved to get technical modification request from you through DEDIENNE Customer claim portal. A monthly technical review with GE/SNECMA engineering is performed to manage the Technical Change Request on a critical basis. DEDIENNE engineering Department ready to provide you with dedicated engineering services.
WHAT CAN I DO IF DEDIENNE PERFORMANCE IS NOT IN LINE WITH CFM GUARANTEED LEVEL?
